I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me.
While we accept the action in regards to the return of $of our deposit, I take issue with several statements Brent makesWe do not own, nor have we ever owned a dog and therefore have never had any reason to own dog food and the cabinet in question does not exist in that houseMy husband had never used derogatory terms with regards to me, and the fact that Brent used one with regards to me shows a severe lack of professionalism and any form of business etiquetteI fail to see how, when Brent has been in complete denial of ever using incorrect pictures, but has finally admitted that he made a mistake with regards to the picture of the stove/oven, I am the one being defamed.For anyone who intends to rent from this company in the future, make sure you take pictures of EVERYTHING before you move out because this company will gouge you to the hilt and then, apparently, call you inappropriate names.Up until this point, I had been recommending BWParks to other individuals in search of a residence on various facebook pages, even after we moved out until this all happenedI will happily now do the opposite

We mailed a full refund to her with her self addressed and stamped envelope she provided to us on 9/9/15, the check number was If she failed to receive it I am very sorryAs you may

In regards to Mrs. [redacted]’ complaint; 1. I agree with her statement about the stove. I inadvertently included the stove picture from the previous residence I inspected. 2. However, all other pictures and statements in my Sec Dep statement are...
correct. 3. The husband also came into my office and remembered and said he saw the cabinet, dog food, microwave, swing, etc. 4. The husband also told me and everyone in our office that he totally understood every expense but his wife was a (very defamatory description) and she’ll deny everything. He was 100% correct. 5. We did refund $100.00 more of her security deposit, retaining only $75 to clean up and remove all the previously listed items.
