I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.I called the contractor [redacted] on Friday afternoon and left a message. When I didn't hear from him I contacted [redacted] the man who installed the unit. He had said to call him when I got home from work. I told him it wouldn't be till after 6pm he said that was fine. I called as I said I would he didn't answer calls or texts. The heat was in the 90's and the unit was not working at all. I tried again on Saturday morning to call both [redacted] and [redacted] with no luck again. I ended up calling another company to come out. Not only did the unit not have any freon there was also a leak that had to be fixed. [redacted] finally called Sunday night saying he was away and had no service. One was a lie considering he checked a text message at 8pm which I have proof of but was very aggressive on the phone telling me I don't know how nasty he can get. [redacted] did call on Monday morning but he is a business owner and I don't believe for one second he doesn't check messages. This is a brand new construction that's already having problems. If I would've gotten a call from [redacted] or [redacted] saying they were going to be away but the problem would be taken care of I would've never called anyone else. As I'm sure [redacted] has [redacted]'s private number. But there was no communication on their part. This was an extreme circumstance not a beautiful day in the 70's. I would've stayed in a hotel for 2 nights until this was fixed. I'm not going to risk my health in such extreme temperatures. All I'm looking for is the $510 reimbursed and for him to be reliable for the remainder of the warranty.

This customer called my office phone number on Friday 8/5/2016. I was out of town in New Hampshire when she called my office on Friday. I did not receive the message until Monday morning 8/8/2016. air conditioning issue. I was not even afforded the opportunity to rectify the situation in a timely manner. I have been in business for 43 years and in all that time I have never had a complaint with the Revdex.com filed against me.
