Review: I had signed up with this agency for a inland marine policy for my company trailers and equipment. [redacted] was my original broker. All was great with this company until I filed a claim when a trailer was stolen. They seemed concerned and helpful at first then my broker stopped returning phone calls and was impossable to get ahold of. I then asked for my brokers supervisor and I was directed to talk to [redacted]. J[redacted] seemed like he was going to help at first then he started giving me the run around when I recived a policy cancellation from the [redacted]) I had paid this policy for an entire year up front so getting a cancellation policy for no payment made no sence. Everytime I called [redacted] or [redacted] I kept having to leave messages or would get the run around. This company was no help when the insurance company refused to pay or claim, cancelled our policy and basically scammed us out of money for a false insurance policy.Desired Settlement: I would like any broker fees that we paid for there services to be returned in full.Also would like this company to help us resolve the claim with [redacted] to get our claim payed or Custom built can pay the claim for putting us with a worthless insurance company in the first place. I would also like an investigation on weather this company even payed all the fees to the insurance company ([redacted])in the first place.
