I have left a message for the customer to call me
back and we will schedule this for the VP of our
company to go out and clean the chair and ottoman
I left the message 01-18-and just waiting for her to call back

Again, after looking at those pictures, the damage is somewhat high on the wallThe gentleman would have had to hold the hoses up somewhat high and drag them around the wall for the damage to be that high up on the wallThey would have no reason to do this, that's not how this worksOur
hoses lay on the floor and go around cornersOur technicians use corner guards, so again, I have no clue how this could have even transpiredWhen the customer emailed me, he wanted refunded $for his labor and materials. Now, he is asking for $100.00 It would of taken minutes to repair, and since he states he just painted, I was told he had extra paintTherefore, we would not have had to buy paint and $of joint compound would of been the cash investmentIt would have cost Master Clean very minimal to have someone take care of this($50.00)Also, in the one picture there are bags at the door which leads me to believe they were still in the process of moving-they could have easily marked up their own wallsI am just not comfortable with this accusation due to the fact that we were never given a chance to see the damageI received an email days after the cleaning stating we damaged the wall, attached were pictures, and that the repairs have already been completed, and the customer would like $300.00. Our invoice that the customer signs off on clearly states that we must be given the opportunity to assess any complaints and be given an opportunity to resolve an issue weather its a damage, or a cleaning issue before any monies can be refundedNot saying that Mr*** would do it, but anyone can call us after we perform a service and demand monies back for damages, or unhappy with cleanings if we would not have this policy in place. I just feel it is unfair to Master Clean to have to refund any monies on something we are not able to even assess and were not even contacted about until days laterThank you

MrK*** a refund to me of $would in my opinion resolve this issue(this is the amount that MrK*** estimates it would have cost to repair)Location of damage on the wall.--On the picture you can clearly see the damage is at the height of the door hinge (so less than 12inches) This is within range of location of hoses during cleaningMoneys asked for--in original e-mail I requested reduction from the total costI did not ask for 100% refundMrK*** was not open to discussion of any cost adjustments.--On 11/1/I did request $based on material+labor+time to do repairs (as there were seperate colors involved)
