Stock Outside Sales Representative ?" met with the homeowner to discuss the issues on December 7, At this meeting [redacted] was able to replace weather-stripping to the exterior doorsThis was done as a courtesy as this weather-strip was removed by others at some point during or after installation and not Stock[redacted] reviewed with homeowner all issues pertaining to the operation of windows in questionIt was agreed that there were parts to be supplied by Stock that will remedy these issuesThese parts have been ordered and once received, [redacted] will return and installOur estimated date to receive these parts is the week of January 18thWe will coordinate with the homeowner once parts are received[redacted] also had conversations with the homeowner addressing the homeowner's specific complaints regarding air infiltrationIt was explained that some of the issues regarding air infiltration are related to the installation of the windowsAs Stock did not supply any labor to this job, it would not be prudent for Stock to speculate on the quality of the installationHowever, it is in our best interest to point out that there are issues with the installation leading to additional concerns pointed out by the homeowner.It is our intention to stand behind products sold within our stated warranty policies and proceduresOur products also carry written manufacturers warranties and we work with all customers to the fullest extent said warranties cover.We look forward to the swift resolution of this claim and look forward to your responsePlease do not hesitate to contact us as needed to resolve
