We were planning on renovating our basement be before we could get started there was a small leak from the upstairs bathroom that needed to be addressed. This leak (from the tub drain) along with a replacement of our shower handles and tub spout needed attention. This apparently simple fix turned out to require a major overhaul of our main bathroom. At first one might think that this was an up-sell for a company who wanted to do more work but Kris explained and most importantly for us showed why these repairs needed to be performed. Poor tub fixing remedies from the previous owners as well as some mold in the wall showed us why there was no denying why we needed more work done on the bathroom. Kris was able to perform all necessary duties for our bathroom renovation and was very good at explaining the timelines of things as well as keeping the space tidy and safe. We are very happy with our new bathroom and plan on hiring Capital Plumbing again as we move forward with the bathroom renovation in our basement project.
