To whom it may concern,
To start with the concern of our previous client - the sharp edges - we advised the customer the size of the pantry they requested the cabinet would stick outAs any cabinet made with wood, the edges are not smoothWe advised the client to have a smaller size pantry so it would not block half of the hallway into the kitchen but they refused and wanted to go with the bigger side - therefore the edges are sticking out and to some point it is sharp - not knife sharp- but sharp because it is woodIt is simply the size of the pantry and placement of the pantry that has been a problem for them, which the customer went against our recommendationAs far as the money, the customer got a significant amount of discount, the additional money upon delivery was only due to the fact they had added extra work to their projectThe drawers, first - they were complimentaryUpon initial agreement between seller and purchaser, it was said and agreed that there would be no drawersWhat the purchaser is asking for longer rails is unreasonable, because the depth of their pantry is so long as they wish for a bigger size pantry than standard, there are no rails that go as long as the purchaser is asking forThe rails were also complimentary, this was an additional discount to the significant discount given to the purchaser.

The review was written 06/08/2013, a week or so after delivery and installationThe night after the delivery, I, *** ***, went to the purchaser home and asked how everything went, they told us how happy they were, how amazing everything looked and that they were going to recommend us to their neighbors, friends, and co-workers.
The purchaser complaints started about months after deliveryA job that would have cost about $3000-$was delivered to them at a very small fraction of that price.
The purchaser was very rude with his phone calls, we received multiple threats from him - almost blackmail- to a point where Custom Cabinet emailed him the following
"Subject: RE: Complain of Incomplete work and improper work
From: Date: Fri, July 11, 2:pmTo: "*** ***" Dear ***,
I have spoken to my carpenter and lawyer as wellOur agreement did NOT include shelves on your kitchen cabinet/pantry, we provided that for FREEWe informed you that the longest the hinge that is available is shorter than the cabinet you had requestedWe offered complimentary stationary shelves, which you refused and wanted to proceed with slide hinge - this was a complimentary add onTherefore, what we have given you is what is standard, and we can not put a cabinet on, that is longer than the slide hinge due to liability and safety. If you would like to make your shelves stationary, we are willing to do them at costThe sharpness of cabinet - The cabinet is made out of wood that was requestedI imagine the fact that your kitchen cabinet is in the middle of your hallway/kitchen entry (which is where you said you want it to go) is giving you problemsThis was also advised to you upon intiial agreement that your cabinet will be sticking out based on the place and the size you wanted it to goThis job was delivered to you with significant discount and complimentary add onsIf you would like to proceed with legal actions, please forward me your attorney's information and we will have our attorney contact him/herAs our attorney would also remind you, we would like you to stop the harassment, statements, and/or more threats made to our companyWe have done everything and more to deliver the job to your satisfactionWe even returned the night of installation to make sure everything was to your satisfactionThere is nothing more we can do at this timeRegards,

Review: -Sides of the pantry are very sharp, it hurts every time to my kids(3 yrs & 11 yrs) and us. I have never seen this sharp sides.-Another thing is when he delivered, his behavior was very bad, he took some more money what we promised to pay. Also he made smaller drawer and promised to fix. Never fixed them and never picks the phone. He cheated us.Desired Settlement: Fix the problem.
