[redacted] at Custom Cabinet Shops installed all custom cabinetry for a home that we had built in July 2014. After a few months, our dishwasher leaked into one of the cabinets and warped/molded it. Some of the drawers in the island were not functioning properly so when the technician from Custom Cabinets came to repair them, I had him look at the water damage. The technician said he wasn't sure how they'd even repair the cabinets because they'd have to involve the granite people and have everything removed. GE is responsible for all repairs and I called [redacted] to have a quote done and schedule the repairs, [redacted] told me that he didn't have time and that I'd need to find someone else to repair this. I clarified that he didn't have time at all and he said no and that I needed to find someone else. I will never recommend him to anyone needing cabinetry or work done. This is extremely poor customer service.
