We were working on an approval for the purchase and needed an exception from the bank for the deal to work The exception was not approved The customer had been in process of working with an outside bank and as of close of business on the day in question the bank was still not approving a deal structure that would work on the particular car The customer stated before leaving that " if this car dosen't work out I can look at a different car." It is not our policy to hold used cars due to the implication of another person prepared to buy a car and being told that they can't have it We are sorry that you feel that your call was not returned promptly enough We strive to keep everyone informed of the progress of the deal when it takes time to put it together and we hope that how ever you satisfy your transportation needs in this instance your decision serves you well

We have reached out to Mr [redacted] to let him know that we never make unsolicited calls to a customer to inform them that service is dueWe searched the phone number that he received the call from on Google and it has multiple reports as being associated with scams and was reported as a company or individual trying to sell extended warranties We are in no way associated with any such efforts The phone number is shown to be a mobile phone from Moss Point Ms.Mr [redacted] has my personal contact information and would appreciate the opportunity to give him more back round on what happened
