Review: I ordered cameras which were supposed to be personalized for my daughter's wedding. However, when cameras arrived I found them not being personalized even though I was sent an e-mail with confirmation. When I spoke with a company representative on a phone she told me that I did not ordered those cameras to be personalized and she told me that I may return those cameras but I will be charged 25% restocking fee for return plus shipping fee. I think that is a company fault that they did not provide an ordered service and it is unfair to me to be charged extra money for return.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: Product received is not the product shown on web site. Contacted the business directly regarding this issue. Was told, by a supervisor, that the actual product is different than shown because they have changed their product and cannot change the actual information on their website. Also the camera exposure amount discloses 27 and only 24 were issued. Again, supervisor told me this is the wrong information and cannot do anything about it.I explained to them I could have purchased this same item from another site at a lower rate but went with their company because I liked the item I saw with them better. Was told nothing can be done about it.They offered to take my purchase back with a refund, but I informed them it took over 2 wks to received my product and the event is one day away.They have false advertising and are deceiving the public.My order amount was $100 and they refunded me $7.Very disappointed in this product. Only wanted what I thought I was ordering.Thank you.Desired Settlement: The camera I ordered with custom wording and received, the camera I saw on site, was $5.24 + .75 = $5.99.The camera received, after looking on site, is $3.65,without custom wording.Since the site was deceptive and I did not receive what I thought I was paying for, I feel I should be credited the difference between the camera prices, $5.24 vs $3.65.Thank you.

Review: I ordered a bunch of things from a web site on line called [redacted] and [redacted]. One of the things was 12 disposable cameras, with 27 exposures, 400 speed color film. I placed ten cameras out on tables for July 20th 2013 wedding. Sad to say that most of the cameras did not work for many different reasons. They either didn't flash, or the wheel wouldn't spin to advance film. Or only part of the 27 exposures would work and the camera would end with like 6 pictures left or so. Then when I took them to be developed not many pictures were on the cameras. I have an invoice here with my name and address on it for shipping, however it says that is was sold to [redacted] & [redacted] I called custom camera collection at the number listed on the invoice ###-###-#### and spoke to a gentleman who told me that since I was not the direct buyer that he couldn't speak with me. I explained the entire thing as I have to you and he told me there was nothing he could do for me. I had no idea that [redacted] tale wed was a middle man site and I am not happy with how Custom Camera Collection is handling this. I did just send off an email to [redacted] & [redacted] about this matter as well as to you. I did pay thru my [redacted] account and they are the next people I am going to contact on this matter.
