Custom Car Sound

After market car starter installed by Custom Car Sound resulting in car starting at all. returned to have item uninstalled and money refunded.Brought my 2013 [redacted] to Custom CarSound to have a remote starter installed on May 8, 2014. Wasn't used until the weather began to get cold somewhere around [redacted] 2014. Noticed that the starter would start the car but then after the door was opened to get in and the car shut off (which is normal for all 'push to start' car starters) we were unable to restart the car. Some days we would go out to just start the car normally and it would be completely dead. Contacted custom car sound during the winter to discuss the problem and they said they had never heard of that problem before. Took the car back to [redacted] where it was purchased to see if maybe there was something wrong with the car or battery and they could find nothing wrong. After two more times of the car not starting at all I returned to custom car sound on [redacted] 2015 to have starter removed. I was never asked why I was taking nor did they offer to look and see why it wasnt working correctly. I asked the salesman about my refund as it was still within the year warranty but was told to drive the car for a while to see if this fixed the problem. I called after a week of successfully being able to start my brand new car and was told that I hadn't driven in long enough. I made 6 more calls to Custom Car Sound asking for [redacted], the manager,( as I was told only he could give me a refund) leaving my name and phone number only to be told he either wasn't in that day or he had just left or he was at the other location the store has. I gave up calling as I was getting nowhere and as I did not no what the manager looked like I figured driving over there to talk to him that I would just be told the same thing.Desired SettlementI am only interested in the refund of the unit itself which was [redacted] I wasn't even seeking the installation fee of [redacted]
