I e-mailed them to ask a question to describe their "red" options Instead of describing it, they mailed me a cutoff of each of their red vinyl I ordered the product and about a month later I received my product I couldn't be happier with the product, or the service
ordered some badges for wife's car on 12/13/2015, it is now 5/10/have received half of the order, and was told the other items would be an additional 4-weeksi have sent multiple emails, with no response I would not advise buying from this company
I ordered a front and rear badge set which I paid in full thru PayPal on 11/21/15. I contacted them mid-Jan 2016 asking where my order was, Mike replied on 1/25/16 that my order was done and would ship out within the week, and he would email me the next day with exact shipping details. As of March 22nd 2016 (a full 4 months since paid in full) he has never got back to me, and I still had not rec'd my order..... I filed a complaint against this company with PayPal, supplying all emails and Paypal has decided in my favor, and I rec'd a full refund. I would MUCH rather have the product I paid for...I waited 4 months...... :(

Placed an order for a couple parts. It was clear from the website that parts could take 4-6 weeks to make. After 7 weeks I had heard nothing. Sent 3 e-mails over a week to an address that worked fine when I was ordering. No reply to e-mails, so I opened a dispute through Paypal. They responded, and said that if I didn't close the dispute they were going to cancel my order and keep half my money. It is stated on their webiste that if a customer cancels an order they forfeit half their money because the product are all custom made. I never said anything about canceling my order, I just needed to know what the status of the order was and they weren't responding to my e-mails. They canceled my order and refunded my entire purchase price, with a note that "customer didn't want to wait for parts", which is complete **. I'll never know exactly what happened, but I wouldn't trust this business.

I do believe this is one of our customers though. Everything we produce is hand made and to order. We don't have any on the shelf parts. When a customer goes through our checkout online they agree to the wait...
times, which can be over 6 months at times. Usually the average lead time is 10 weeks though. This customer just happened to order during a busy time.
