Custom Cleaning

I paid for cleaning services that were NEVER received. Company has NEVER contacted me regarding missed appointment or issued my refund. On 4/3/15, I purchased a 3 hr. Deep Clean Special from Custom Cleaning Services ([redacted]) for $89.00 ($93.94 tax incl). Receipt#: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Appointment was scheduled for 4/29/15 @ 1:00pm. On 4/29/15 @ 11:00am (2 hrs before scheduled time), I received an EMAIL (not phone call)from the company stating that they would have to RESCHEDULE because their technicians were out sick. I immediately called the number listed on the website. Quite naturally I panicked because I was moving out of my house that day & other moving services were scheduled contingent upon the house cleaning. I called the number listed on the website 5 times before anyone answered. Both numbers listed on the website apparently are forwarded to cell phones. On the 6th attempt, a gentleman named ** finally answered. He said he would reschedule my cleaning appointment for the next morning (4/30/15) @ 8:00am and personally come to my home & handle the job himself. On the morning of 4/30/15, it was about 8:30am when I began to call the number listed to see if ** was still coming to my house. I called XXX-XXX-XXXX at least 4 times with no answer. I then sent a text asking if ** was still coming because it was now 9:00am and no one had contacted me. I received a text back saying "I'm driving!" I immediately started calling back and no one ever answered. After sitting at home for 2 hours, I left. I NEVER received any communication to reschedule or APOLOGIZE for the no show. I sent an email to the address to explain what had happened and I was requesting a full refund of $93.94. I received a response from someone named [redacted] stating, "I offer my sincerest apologies. I'll contact ** because this was unacceptable." It has been over a month and I have NEVER heard back from anyone regarding RESCHEDULING or REFUND or to offer an APOLOGY! An email was totally unacceptable! I have sent [redacted] several emails and he told me that he submitted a request for my refund. It has been over a month now and I have NOT heard from anyone with this company NOR received my refund for services that were paid for but NEVER received. I have attempted to call both numbers listed each week and my calls are ALWAYS sent directly to voice mail. I've also left messages with no return calls. This entire situation has been very frustrating. I am requesting a FULL REFUND of $93.94 because I NEVER received the services paid for. Because of this company's negligence, HORRIBLE customer service and failure to follow up, I had to spend additional unnecessary money. After many unsuccessful attempts to rectify this situation on my own, I had to recourse but to report to Revdex.com. PLEASE HELP ME RECOVER MY MONEY!!! This has been a HORRIBLE experience for me! I have scheduled cleaning services with Custom Cleaning and purchased cleaning services through Custom Cleaning web site. They were scheduled to arrive on 3/14 and did not show. I spoke with Custom Cleaning to find out about the status of cleaning crew and was told that no one was available for cleaning. However, they have assured us that someone will be coming the following day (3/15). Again, no show. I called numerous times to find out if anyone was coming. No one answered the phone and no one responded to any of my numerous messages left on the phone. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service.Desired SettlementI need to be provided with refund for the service purchased but did not receive.

On May 31, 2016 I verbally contracted with Melissa B[redacted] to clean my apartment.. The date for the cleaning was set for 0800, 7 June 2016. About 6 PM, the night before on June 6th, Melissa called and said she is no longer going to clean residential properties and that I would have to contact some one else to clean mine. It appears that this is actually a form of Promissory Fraud where she knew or had strong reason to believe at the time she made the appointment that she would not be able to keep the appointment; thus putting me way out.","neg-1
