I had contacted Kings Appliance Repair on Monday, 12/15, based on the facts that they were listed on the Bosch website as "factory authorized" and their proximity to my neighborhoodThey scheduled my appointment for Wednesday, 12/17, afternoon between 2-6PM stating that the repair technician would call before arrivalI never received a call, nor did they show upAt pm I called the service number and left a message on their voice mail that I would not admit them to my home after 6PM and cancelled any further service request
Monday, 10/6/I called American Home Shield to report my Bosch dishwasher was not draining AHS informed me King's Appliance would be handling my repair I called King's and spoke with *** She was very helpful and understanding and let me know my appointment would be the following day between 8am and noon There was a knock on my door at 8:am the following morning *** & ***, the technicians, presented me with their business card and proceeded to the diswasher They completed the repair in less than an hour I paid the service visit charge of $and they left Later in the day I found I was unable to pull the "spray hose" out of the holder I called *** and she made arrangements for these same guys to return at 6pm even though they were on the other side of Las Vegas They showed at 6:and in a few minutes fixed the spray hose problem The response to my request and the service I received was excellent I highly recommend King's Appliance Repair *** ***, a very satisfied customer
