(cleaning solution) was ordered and verified by our warehouse Mgr with Jamie C** on 3/27/17. We do not ship out our product if it is not a verified order. The invoice for this order is now 157 days old, during collections we were told the product was partially used. We do not ship samples and after 30 days we can no longer generate a call tag to pick up the order. Custom CLS will never pick up partially used product as it is now unstable to do so. After 45 days there is a repacking fee and a restocking fee if the customer wants to return the order. Custom CLS has offered discounts on the invoice in question numerous times to maintain a good relationship with the customer. The account was held from being sent to collections in order to resolve the problem. After refusing to pay or return the full/unused product back to us and hanging up on our representatives many times, we feel that our due diligence has been made regarding the account On 7/18/17 this account was sent to collections.
