This complaint seems to center on the customer having trouble phoning or emailing usWe were having problems with the internet and phones during this time and have since changed internet service and up graded phone systemEven though see were having internet issues hundreds of other people managed
to get thru to make reservations etc.Costumer acknowledges she had previously had her dogs trained hereI believe she paid the rate of $1,per dog with a 10% discount on the second dog so she knew what the service costShe later needed to board her dogs for weeks and wanted additional trainingThe boarding rate is $per day for dogs so her bill would be little over $The training is extra and the trainer says they agreed on $per dog for boarding and training with a 10% discount for the second dog.The customer did not arrive on the day we expected her and when she did arrive it was the trainers day offKennel staff was not sure of the agreed on rate so they took an $deposit with balance due on picking up the dogsThis is procedureCostumer picked up dogs the first week of JuneTrainer forgot to collect the $balanceTrainer realized the mistake and immediately called the costumer within minutes of the pick upShe got no answer so she tried to text the customer, no answerOver the next few days the trainer attempted to contact the customer at least times - no answer, no call back.Owner was informed and called and left messages at least timesOwner finally called customer from a phone not associated with the Canine CampCustomer answeredWhen asked to pay bill she became enraged and accused owner of harassing her.We have phone records to verify these calls.While appearances can be wrong when you have this much trouble contacting someone regarding a debt it usually means they are avoiding in hopes of not payingAll the noise the customer is making about how she was treated and difficulty getting thru to us are just that, noiseThe simple fact is she asked for and received certain servicesWe have made many attempts to contact her to no availWhen we finally contacted her she reacted like we were doing something wrong to ask her to pay her billThe only rudeness displayed in this affair has been from the customer.To try and solve this we offered to not pursue the $debt in return for the customer not writing any bad reviewsShe informed us that she had already informed the Revdex.com and said the money was never the issueI can assure you it was an issue for the trainer who turned away other business and then was not paid for her services.The offer we made is still on the table but if not promptly accepted, and we are forced to spend more time on this, the offer will be withdrawn and we will pursue the customer for full paymentI am forwarding you a copy of the email we sent to her with this offer.Respectfully*** ***Owner - *** ***’s Canine campHwy WestAustin, TX 78736(*** *** Call***
***Sent to Laura Burnham from *** ***Laura,Apparently we have both had trouble getting a hold of each otherI just checked Linda's (our trainer) phone records and she tried to call you times and texted at least onceI know I left messages at least times.You say you tried to call and email our office and got no responseThis could well be trueWe had constant problems with our phones and internet during this timeWe have now switched to Hughes Net and internet is greatPhone system is being replaced and hopefully is working better.Maybe we had a misunderstanding on the cost of the services we providedYour dogs were here from may to June 2nd At $per night the boarding rate, that would be nights at $each equals $840.You asked for follow up training for your dogs Linda, the trainer, said you agreed on $per dog for the boarding plus refresher training with a 10% discount for the 2nd dogThat would be $1,less the 10%, $75, discount making the total $1,You paid $when the dogs were dropped off so your balance is $625.I am sorry we have had trouble communicating and want to resolve this amicablyIf there was a misunderstanding on the fees we can work it outI believe the problems we have both had contacting each other have made what should have been an easily resolved situation into one that has gotten emotional.How about if we agree that we will not pursue you for the $balance owed and you agree to not write a bad review? Please let me know if that is agreeable
