I brought my car to this shop, so they can repair itRepairs should of took weeks tops 4weeksWe're now going on to monthThey have been paid Brought my car X- it's a Honda Accord They business is taking way longer than they saidAnd there shouldn't be excuses be I paid them for the repairs [redacted] is the person in chargeHe never answers his phone and never at the officeSeem like he is hiding from me My car has been in pieces and every time I come it's the same thingReally frasuated with this business They sale in customer seriveAnd are not responsible

One of their employees picked up my Jeep Grand Cherokee on 3/23/and took it to the body shop for a minor repairI Then found out they had done more damage to my vehicle on 3/31/ No one from the body shop ever contacted me to let me know they had damaged my Jeep moreMy insurance had to call me to inform me It's been over a month and my Jeep is still not repairedThe owner has just been stringing me on by saying that it's getting doneHe has given me different dates of when my car would be finishedI went to the body shop yesterday 05/05/around 2:30pm to find my vehicle secluded in a corner blocked in by other carsNOT anywhere near being finishedThe owner was nowhere to be found
