I am rejecting this response because:  We did turn in an application yet they refused to use the information given. We were sold under the premise that they could take the information to build a new website from our old existing website to create a better, faster, more efficient one. That is the only reason we decided to go with them. Upon completion of the application we received a voicemail that the application was not completed enough.  We could never get anyone to answer the phone and it took a week and a half trying every day from several different numbers before we were able to receive a call back. Coupled with the deception that they could build a website based on information of our existing website, which we provided on the application, we demanded our money back.  They refused to refund the money back to us and the only way we received a refund was through our bank.  They were completely uncooperative throughout this entire experience but they seemed to be quick in taking our money, yet unwilling to rectify any mistakes on their part and their customer service was seriously lacking – they sold us based on a lie.

Dear [redacted],I tried to leave a voice-mail with my concern, however, the message length was cut short somehow. I'd love to schedule a time to talk, if possible, over concerns with the complaint. We do have specific terms that require our clients to fill out an online form (TPS, or...

Translation Profile Sheet) within 7 days of enlistment of our services, which we use to develop content for their website. These specific fields help ensure that our content is accurate and fresh, which is why we prefer not to copy/paste information from other websites, even if the domain is owned by the client. This is also listed in our Terms of Services agreement. The client ([redacted]) was given all of this information, and, according to the notes in our system, was given notice on multiple occasions to complete the TPS before the 30 day limit. After 7 days failure to fill our the form, we move the client to a different section in our system, which lets us know that they are an urgent concern. After 30 days, we move the client to what's called a "Landing Page," which entails further attempts to contact the client (which I have noted) to fill out the TPS, as well as the creation of a simple, basic website just to establish some kind of web presence. All in all, we cannot move forward in the creation of a website without information provided by the client, as we do not want to misrepresent our clients. We also ask that in order to see true results, our clients should give at least 30 days to 90 days after the website is completed to allow our organic search strategy to grow and develop the ranking for the website. This is the core of our service. The fact that the client neglected to fill out the TPS (which is a violation of our Terms of Service) until almost a month after acquiring our services leaves little room for question as to why he failed to see results. We weren't even given a week after the client completed the TPS before he requested to cancel.  That being said, I also have it in my notes and from reports through our merchant services, that the client was repaid - the full $125 - on October 7th, 2014. Customer service is of our utmost concern, and a personal virtue I champion. We are committed to our clients, which is why we give all of this information to our clients before any purchase of service. We do not work in contracts, because we want our clients to feel unburdened by such agreements, and to give them the freedom to pursue other venues of service if they feel such is necessary. We are a small company, and understand the needs and concerns of other small companies, which is why we do offer so much flexibility in our structure. I understand the frustration the client felt in this disagreement, however, as the client had violated our Terms of Service, we feel that the complaint is unwarranted; we have no other complaints, and we have a standing list of clients who are very happy with our services. At worst, the issue has been resolved for months. We ask for the opportunity to move forward with accreditation as soon as possible, if not immediately. You may contact me at this email address, at [redacted] , or at ###-###-####. I eagerly await your reply. All the best,[redacted]

Mr [redacted] cancelled his account and then received a charge.  We require a 30 day notice for cancellation.  The charge hit his account the day he cancelled.  I have included the email as well as a spreadsheet of his transactions to show that we did not change his billing date.  We...

also keep the website active until the domain expires unless the customer requests it to be removed completely.  If there are any further questions or concerns please cotact me at [redacted].  Thank you [redacted]
