I am rejecting this response because: His response was not fully truthful. I think it's telling that this "business man" has to resort to lying to cover his butt, and it's further upsetting that he has to attempt to denigrate my character as well with his lies. Frankly, if you have to lie to sweeten your version of the truth, then you should probably examine why that is. Regardless of his take, at this point he's resorted to a "he said" approach, and clearly has no interest in pleasing his customers. He still hasn't addressed my issues. My tints are still messed up, and I still haven't received my money back, nor has he offered to remove them. I don't have the time to have this man redo his shoddy work a third and forth time until he gets it right, nor can I afford to not have my car for more days at a time. And frankly, my time is worth much more thank his $250 fee.He illegally refuses refunds and claims a sign which isn't visible in the back of his shop covers him. Unfortunately, this ignorant individual doesn't understand that a "no refund" policy is only legal if his policy is clearly posted where the transaction takes place. Our transaction occurred outside, where I never saw his sign, and did not even hear about this policy until after I paid him and was speaking with him on the phone. If I cared enough, I would take this joker to court and I know that I would win, but at this point I can look at the $250 lost to him as a fee to get him out of my life. Goodbye, sir! My name is *** *** and i'm the owner of Custom Concepts tints and signs and i've been in business for over years now so I must be doing somethng rightI believe in custom service and treating people with respect so I would like to explain to you my experience with *** ***About a
month ago *** came to my shop to get his windows tinted on his VW GolfWhen he arrived I had my bulldog outside of my shop, figured when he dropped his car off I would take my dog home because it is not a good idea to have my dog at my shop when i'm doing such a meticulous jobAfter I took my dog home I came back to my shop to tint Mr***'s GolfWhen I was done doing the job that took hours, I called him and told him his car was readyWhen he arrived to get his car I told him the procedure that comes with tinting a car, do not roll down the windows for days it needs time to dry, I also told him that he has a lifetime warranty so if you have any issues give me a call and ill be glad to take care of it for youHe seemed pleased then he got into his car and left. The following day I got a call form *** expressing his concerns to me about the tints so I explain to him to give it time to dry, its for it to look a little hazy, it needs to cure to the glassSo after going back and forth with our discussion he finally listened to me and gave it the necessary time to dry. After about days later while I was working on a clients car *** decides to show up to my shop to show me his concerns about the tintsi noticed hehad an attitude so I stopped what I was doing and tended to his needsI attempted to fix whatever problems he was concerned about by squeeging out whatever imperfections they might be and I suggested for him to make an appointment so I can go over everything and whatever needs to be done over I have no problem fixing itI mean after all he does have a lifetime warranty right? So he made an appointment a week from the day he showed up and left. Not even a week goes by and im tinting a tow truck for a cleint i've done well over cars for at his garage and who do I get a call from? You guessed it *** M, this time he has this nasty attitude telling me quote " I don't have faith that you could fix the tints and I want my money back." I was appalled!!! 1st he disrespected me numerous times in the conversation and then he wants his money backI explained to him that there's no rufunds which he knew but he didn't want to hear itI also said to him give me the opportunity to fix the problem and if it cannot be fixed to your needs then i'll go against my policy and give him his money backAt this time he was insulting me beyond measures and then he hung up the phone on meWhen I got off the phone I stood there in disbelief.A couple of days after the argument over the phone with ***, I was tinting a repeat client's car that plays for the NJ Devils brand new BMW Mand who decides to show up to my shop unexpected again? You guessed it *** MThis time he came looking for a confrontationAll I can think is here we go againI excused myself from the NJ Devils player to tend to ***'s needs againHe started shouting causing a seen demanding to see the no refunds sign again and just being very ignorant in front of my clientA this time I decided to call the cops to remove *** from my propertyShortly after I got off the phone with the police *** decides to hop into his car and leaveBut before he left he rolled his window down and shouted "***" lol, and this is the type of mature individual i've had to deal withThen to add more insult to injury he went online and decided to bad talk my business and then of course I receive a letter from the Revdex.comI am in good standing with 99.9% of my clients and i've come to the conclusion that Mr*** is impossible to pleaseThanks for reading my version of what i've had to expierence with him

hello my name is [redacted], I recently went to custom concepts to fix my car alarm. I had a $200.00 alarm system that came with my car. When the service were finished he put a 100.00 alarm system in my car! they never gave me my old alarm back and I was very upset!! I asked for my alarm back and they wouldn't give it back?! this is not right! thank you for reading my complaint. sincerely, [redacted]Product_Or_Service: [redacted]Desired SettlementI just want you guys to know that they scam people and file a complaint on them!Business Response RE : Case # [redacted]Due to lack of information in the customer's complaint letter, no date or invoice number, we are not sure when he had the install done or how to reference this incident. We have no way to even know if he even was a customer here. He seems to have an issue with the fact that the new alarm he purchased was a $100 alarm versus a $200 alarm he had replaced. We carry a wide range of alarms ranging from $250 installed to $700 installed, based on brand, features and quality. If the customer chose a very inexpensive alarm, that would be his choice, so this doesn't really make sense. In addition, if we remove an old alarm from a vehicle, it is disposed of that day unless the customer has asked to have it returned to them. We do not fix, resell, or have any use or reason to keep old broken parts. The person writing the complaint letter stated that they did not want any resolution to the issue other than to state we scam people, but we aren't sure how installing his selected product qualifies as a scam, and we also have no proof or way to research that he even had an install done at our location.

Review: I have a financed 2007 Toyota Scion Tc and have been making the monthly payments for my vehicle since it has been at Custom Concepts repair shop. My vehicle was taken into Custom Concepts repair shop at the beginning of March 2013 to have some cosmetic repairs done to the hatch as well as the rear right quarter panel. After a month or two of thinking my vehicle was in the process of being repaired, I stopped by the Custom Concepts repair shop to find my vehicle completely gutted on the inside and found out that there had been no repairs made to the damaged hatch and rear quarter panel. After then being told it was my insurance company was not being cooperative and had told the owner of Custom Concepts that they may or may not pay for the costs of fixing my vehicle, I contacted my insurance company to have them mail me a promissory note stating they would cover the costs of damages once they were finalized. I received the promissory note in the mail and gave it to the owner of Custom Concepts. Months later the repairs to my vehicle are still not done and my vehicle is still sitting at the repair shop. After not receiving a return call from the owner for the last two days, this morning I discovered that the owner of Custom Concepts was arrested on the 1st of Oct. and is currently incarcerated. After 7 months I am left with my car sitting at his repair shop, unfinished, and no way of getting my vehicle returned to me.Desired Settlement: Would like repairs finished to my vehicle and my vehicle returned to me.
