Hello and to whom ever this may concern my name is *** *** was custom concrete refacing I received a complaint email file by mr*** and reference to an overlay I did on his
property a year and half or so agoHe paid me at the time the time the job was to complete and was very satisfied with the work. I advised him of the resealing of the overlay son to keep up the preservation of the overlayunfortunately at this time I am NOT in business due to some medical issues I'm currently having. however I have not heard any complaints from Mr *** up until this point. He and his wife were there throughout the whole process and pretty much watched everything that we had completed. He approved all colors cuts and samples. I'm met with him on two separate occasions prior to starting a job to make sure they were happy with everything they chose.and color wise and design wiseI fulfilled my part of the agreement and completed the overlay and they pay me in full for my work I've attached pictures below of the beginning steps in any steps of the overlay please notice it is still a little wet in certain spots I don't believe a refund would be substantial in this case because I fulfill the contract of the work that I was contracted to do the homeowner shook my hand paid me at the end and thanked so much that they love their back patio they even thank my workers and offered us beverages throughout the whole process.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed.Obviously Mr*** has no intention of correcting our patio problem In his response he states he had no knowledge of our problem We have contacted him as early as eight months after the job was done The five year warranty must not mean anything to him We have tried to contact him with multiple calls since then with no response He has not tried to correct this problem even after he was contacted by the Revdex.com At this time we would still like to get our $3,we paid for a very poor and useless job

Review: During the summer of 2013, [redacted], owner and operator or Custom Concrete Refacing, resurfaced our patio with a five year warranty. He did not come when the job was supposed to start. He left a mess in the yard each day he came. Once started we had to call and call to get him to come and work on the job. He would work a few hours and leave. Rarely coming on consecutive days. He had every excuse in the book for not coming. When it was finally finished we paid the full price of $3000. At that point the job wasn't great but at least it was presentable and we just wanted him to leave. After the first winter it cracked and broke up. We called him many times. He said he would come and fix it. He didn't come. After the second winter it is worse than ever. He is now not accepting any calls. We do not want him back on our property but we do need our money back so we can get someone, who knows what they are doing, to fix this mess.Desired Settlement: We need to get our $3000.00 back so we can hire someone to clean up the mess left by Custom Concrete Refacing. It will need to be completely redone.
