the disputed amount didn't reflect but am disputing the and want to take my vehicle to a shop of my choosing and want Abbotts to reimburse that shop for the job to be done and finally correctly. I have had the car in on four different occasions and the time before this one they
decided that the best way to make the job look good was to paint...EVERYTHING including the rubber gaskets and seals

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Dear Jason Abbott and Revdex.com, Below is a Time Line: July 30th - The car accident. My car was towed to Abbott's Precision Collision the same day. August 2nd - *** ***, the Indiana *** Adjuster, went out to do the appraisal. August 16th - Car finishedShipped (not driven) from Abbott's Precision Collision in Indiana to *** *** in Massachusetts, owner *** ***. August 19th - Car arrives in Massachusetts at *** *** *** is closed on the weekends. August 22nd - *** *** found issues with the car but I drove home to await further work I called *** and they put me into contact with Massachusetts adjuster, *** ***Schedule to see the car at *** ***. August 30th - *** *** comes out to see the car at *** ***After the meeting my car broke down on the way homeHad the car towed to *** Collision in Weymouth, MA but they said their mechanic was going on vacation so I had it towed it back to *** ***. *** put me in contact with *** *** of *** Auto Body Incin Holbrook, MA Played phone tag for a few days trying to get in contact with Jason, ***, and *** to organize what needed to be doneJason verbally confirmed with *** and myself that he would cover the costs of the repairs still neededHe was apologetic at the time and would 'pay to make it right'. September 23rd - SurgeryAll persons involved were aware of my surgery and there being no rush for my car to be fixed right away because I'd be unable to drive for quite some timeAfter the surgery, I was unable to drive for several weeks, needing recovery timeI was assured by everyone that this would be taken care of and I just needed to concentrate on healing. I've attached the doctor's note, *** ***'s original findings, ***'s bill, the towing bill, along with Auto Transport's shipping papersIf Jason Abbott wants pictures of the damage that still needed to be repaired, the Massachusetts *** adjuster, *** ***, took pictures and they were uploaded to the *** website or he can contact *** directly at *** can also explain the condition my car was in as it was not "spotless" or "pristine." After learning the damage was more expensive than Jason anticipated, he backed out on our agreementThe more *** worked on the car, the more issues they found that Jason neglected to fix properly***, who has been fixing my cars for years, said it was a death trap and 'Thank God' you didn't drive it home fromIndianaIt comes down to a man not doing proper workNo one test drove my car before it was shipped or they would have known it wasn't driving rightThey put my life in danger and after saying they would pay to fix their mistakes, decided it was too muchBeing out of state while the repairs were done, I think they were trying to pull one over on meI have documentation of my car alignment from Jason--it's not correctly alignedMy mechanic ran another alignment test to check their work and it was incorrectThen after the car was repaired by ***, they did another alignment to make sure everything was rightThis company in Indiana, broke parts of my car, that were not affected by the accidentThey tossed tires and hubcaps into my trunk that collapsed the boardThere was nothing wrong with my vehicle before the accident occurredThe time gaps between communication were from recovering from major surgery and being unable to reach JasonHe would dodge calls or say he'd call back but never called backHis office workers would say "Oh he's at lunch or just stepped out" etcThis is beyond frustratingI paid Jason my insurance deductible and my insurance paid Jason on top of that and for what? The car was still in shambles when it was returned to MAWhy should I be required to pay for the same work that was supposed to be done in the first place? Jason Abbott was paid for nothingHe's gone back on his word and gave me, and my mechanics, the run aroundHe thinks just because I'm out of state that he can ignore this scam he's made but I will not let it goHe owes me $1,Honestly, he should have to refund *** the full $5000+ for lying about the car repairs. December - Picked up car from ***Unfortunately because *** already paid Jason Abbott to fix my vehicle 100% they would not open another claim and said that this was between Jason Abbott and myselfBeing out of work due to the surgery, I didn't have the money for my carMy family loaned me the amount I needed and my car was released from *** Autobody Inc I am not asking for anything other than what is owedIt's not to much to ask for a mechanic to do his job properlyMy car should have been returned to me in working order and I feel that because I live out of state Jason felt he could take advantage of the situationRevdex.com please consider giving this business a terrible review in order to warn other potential customers

Abbott’s Precision Collision188 Farabee DriveLafayette, In 47905Phone 765.448.3352Fax 765.448.3358We had spoken both with the customer [redacted] and [redacted] prior. We had released the vehicle on 8/15/16, the vehicle had no reports of damage until 10/30/16. When the vehicle left our...

possession the car was in perfect condition, very clean and all options on the car were functioning properly. Two months after the vehicle had been released from our possession to the company who shipped the vehicle to [redacted], we got the call and estimate of “additional damage”.We have the alignment work order from 8/13/16, which verified that the car did indeed align properly, any mechanic knows a car cannot be aligned if measurements do not match. I had tried to understand the customer and the concern for this issue, but the fact the estimate from [redacted] Autos stated the car needed a Strut and LT control arm and another alignment. This couldn’t be possible with the evidence I had in the file for her 2009 Toyota Camry. In any regard any suspension or alignment replaced on a vehicle should not have to be replaced within two months. With that being stated I did not sign or authorize any documentation that I would agree to pay for the additional cost for the repairs. I had spoken with [redacted] and asked for evidence including pictures of the additional damage, invoices from the repairs they had done, and they told me they did not have any. Just like any other body shop or insurance company, I cannot pay for any repair without any evidence supporting damage done. The claim does not add up, in time line or in proof, we did the repairs [redacted] had assigned and has paid us to do, we did not find any further additional damage. As well the authorization for repairs should have not been made without any documentation or direction of pay.Miss [redacted],Best regards we do apologize for the trouble the whole situation has caused you at a troubled time.
