They originally hired another company, but they could not do the job, so this company referred usWe went out and I quoted them $1800, but told them first I would have to drill holes to see what was belowI drilled holes and found the
concrete was only 1/inch thickI could not raise this because of the thinness of the concreteI told them it would hold and the structure would not tolerateI only pumped hole and told them I could not proceedThe husband understood and accepted what I told him however, the wife became irateThe paid me $which basically just paid for my gasThere is nothing I can do to help them because of the concrete and the 1/inch thickness
