I contacted Ms*** and went to the home she rents outThis is not due to anything we didThe people living in the home have the washer running water out into the floor which is causing water and sewage to under the basement slab
The drains are clogged due to dryer sheetsWater is everywhereI told her and her lawyer there is no warranty due to this issueShe agreed to send us the final payment and was satisfied that this was not our fault

I am further disappointed to see that the Revdex.com didn't make contact before closing this complaintThough Custom Concrete and Construction did install a sump pump (in a bucket) it was not done professionally and I wasn't informed that he would no longer honor his warrantyThe companies lack of professionlism and the fact that they did not do the job correctly the 1st time is the reason for the additional water back up and "sewage" (so he claims)

They originally hired another company, but they could not do the job, so this company referred usWe went out and I quoted them $1800, but told them first I would have to drill holes to see what was belowI drilled holes and found
the concrete was only 1/inch thickI could not raise this because of the thinness of the concreteI told them it would hold and the structure would not tolerateI only pumped hole and told them I could not proceedThe husband understood and accepted what I told him however, the wife became irateThe paid me $which basically just paid for my gasThere is nothing I can do to help them because of the concrete and the 1/inch thickness

terms. She gave me a deposit and we agreed to her payment plan. We completed the work and gave her a lien waiver. She made 2 payments and then did not pay for 2 months. I contacted her and she said she would need 10 more days which turned into 30 days. I received no payment or phone call. I contacted them again and she said she needed an additional 10 days. I told her I would accept a payment and then dismiss her balance. She did not pay the agreed amount and still owes me money. I sent her a 2nd set of warranty documents about 60 days ago. She has everything she needs.
