At this time, I have been contacted directly by Custom Cool Rugs regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: My wife reached the owner of Custom Cool on her cell phone: [redacted] - ###-###-####Eliza told my wife that the rug is completed, but that it's in India and she doesn't have the money to have it shipped to the US She said it would take 6-weeks to raise the money She also told us that she would send pictures of the completed rug as proof of completion and show us an invoice for the shipping costs, which she hasn't done.If the rug is done and it can be sent imminently, we still want it If not, we want our deposit back and we will find another rug In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
