8/29/Bought new AC unit from Custom Cooling for mobile home $6,Was never install properlyAnother unit was installed and it has a slow leak of freonMaintenance service 6/2/added Freon all OK, cost $Next Service guy came out to do annual maintenance 6/19/Charged $told the renter that the home was poorly insulated and that the AC would not keep up their needs this time of year that is why the AC runs 24/Two weeks later renters new customer (vehicle repair) Hoffman AC Repair said he would look at the unit and found the freon was lblowFilled it upFreon has been low every year since the unit was installedHoffmans repair guy says it has a leak that needs to be fixedI called four times and left messages to have the owner Jeff or someone to call me and let me know what they are going to do about the problemIt has been 1/weeks and the AC is working fine and cooling in the hottest part of the summer and I still have not got any return

Dear Revdex.com, This matter has not been resolved. I got a e-mail that Jerry was to call me and did not get a call. I just got off the phone with Darick in the Custom Cooling office. Talked to him and he could not see anything in my file. He said he would make sure that the owner Jerry would get the message that I just want the AC fixed once and for all.[redacted]
