This company offers horrible customer service During installation of our granite, the installers damaged the kitchen table After days and many unreturned phone calls, this company admitted they damaged the table, but refused to reimburse us for the damage When we reported the damage, we were asked to provide two sets of photo's, they sent out a technician to view the damage ( he admitted that they caused the damage), and then they took the table back to their shop for review After all of this, they still refused to reimburse us for the damage

It is unfortunate that she is not happy with her kitchen.
Mrs. X has a LARGE kitchen. Her run of countertop is longer than the slab. The color selection is really the issue. She has selected a color that is very plain. It is gray with small flecking. The countertop material has no color variations to distract your eye, as in most other quartz and granite products. The fact that we have not used this particular color quartz is irrelevant to the quality of the installation.
The seam in both the top and backsplash are exceptional. Upon inspection by our shop foreman it was deemed that Mrs. X's countertops were seamed within industry standards and the seam was placed in an area of the kitchen necessary to accommodate the slab size. There is no repair required. This complaint comes as a surprise. After our inspection we never heard from Mrs. X again.

my kitchen is not that large &if that was the case why dint they tell me this. yes this was a small job compared to the million dollar homes they do. and if ccc takes pride in there work I would not be writing to Revdex.com and if there was something wrong with the color I picked out in the variation of it to distract the eye ccc never told me the top foreman new I was not happy with the job ccc did& he told me there is nothing they can do so asked him to leave my home so there is no surprise to ccc about the complaint .this is ccc standards of doing the work sorry I went with ccc.& top foreman said they never worked with this color before .so this is the price I have to pay because of it I never called them again because they where rude to me the first time. all they care about is making the money .please help mr thank you

Mrs. X's kitchen has a peninsula that was delivered in 1 piece. The sink run of the counter top was 132" long including the peninsula. The slab of quartz is only 120" long. It was no secret that she would have a seam. This was discussed with her during her showroom visits and upon fabrication she was called and given the location of the seam prior to installation.
There is nothing wrong with her seam. It is within industry standards for placement and tightness. What are Mrs. X's expectations of a resolution?
Mrs. X was a difficult customer from her first visit. We complied with all her wishes and went above and beyond "hand holding" to get this job finished. If anybody is "rude" it is her. She called our installers incompetent and showed our shop foreman the door when he didn't agree with her. Our installers have been doing this for 10 years. They are well qualified. I honestly believe she isn't happy with her color choice. I don't see how refunding money for a job well done will make her like her countertops any better.

I did not receive the response on 10-3-14 the color I love &the brand it is the way they installed it yes also I had to call siltstone for the warranty siltstone said custom countertop did not do there job &siltstone might not cover it for 15 years thanks to the installers yes the money will help because of the way they take care of it .[redacted]am

no I did not get a written report but when did you call or contact [redacted] about my 15 year warranty I would like to see a copy of the date you contacted [redacted] &how long it took you to take care of it . [redacted]

At first, I was happy with the staff in the showroom. Helped us move through the process in a smooth fashion and answered all of our questions. However, I became very disappointed after they installed our granite in the kitchen. First, one of the workers bringing the granite in took a huge chunk out of my drywall in the kitchen. He said "oops, sorry." Really? Then, the holes that were drilled for our faucet were COMPLETELY wrong. Like they didn't even look at the faucet instructions before they drilled. Out faucet handle was hitting the soap dispenser. The soap dispenser isn't even supposed to be that close to the faucet. Upon calling the company the next day, we have yet to speak to anyone with any actual pull in the company and we continue to get the run around. Its been 5 days now and I have talked to 4 different people, none of which have helped me. They all have said that "someone else will call the next morning." Next morning, NO call, I've had to call THEM First every time! I have a sink that I can not use now, or dishwasher to hook up, because of how badly they cut the granite, and how SLOW they are at actually trying to help their customers. I have never seen such bad customer service in my life. I am appalled at their lack of care and respect for the customer. Especially since they pride themselves on being a "family owned business." I will never recommend them to anyone for granite.
