I am a little confused because I got a response stating that you were satisfied with the response we sent inMy stance is the same as it was beforeI have been back three times to Mr***'s home since we have completed his job three years agoThe tub was installed to manufacturers specs, the guys read all instructions as I always insist onAll materials for the job were supplied by the customer and were on the jobsite prior to us starting the jobI talked to Mr*** prior to him writing the complaint to the Revdex.com and explained that I was on vacation out of the area, and for him to give me a call to set up a time to come over and look at the job to access the problemI don't do shady work, nor will I allow corners to be cut.I have spoken to Mr***, because he called on 8-9-15, and we are setting a time to meet to look and discuss the optionsI will try to resolve this issue to bring this matter to a close

I am writing you in response to the assigned case ID *** We contracted the job almost three years agoThe client supplied all of the materials including the setting materialsWe were contracted to provide only the laborAll materials were installed according to the manufacturer
specificationsAs with all of our jobs we extend a one year warrantee on labor.On 2-1-we went on a service callAt the request of the client we scraped out the existing caulk and replaced it with a color coordinating caulkA year later, once again at the request of the client, we replaced the caulk around the tub surround--The more recent contact with the client was on June 1st of this yearHe asked for my help with a loose tileAt the time of the request I was extremely busy finishing up current jobsI explained to him that as soon as I caught up that I would be more than happy to come out and help him fix the tile.During the time I was close to getting caught up, I had a planned trip at the end of JuneI was hoping to stop by shortly to fix the tile and groutOn my way out of town I received a text from the client that the tub was not installed correctly and that he was threatening to take legal actions if necessaryI texted him back to assure him that I was here to help and would be there as soon as I got back in town on TuesdayI explained to him that the warrantee had already expired but I was still here to help him the best way I canI was waiting for his phone call on Tuesday June 30th and I received noneI have a text to verify our communicationThere was no phone call except the first.Our goal is to provide the highest quality of serviceWe treat each client's home like it is our ownAlthough the warranty on the labor had expired I was more than happy to go back and help him fix his concernsIn reference to the complaint of holes in the walls, mold,and structure damage, that was never part of the text or phone conversation I had with himI am not sure what else I can do after what has unfolded

My name is [redacted] I was hoping the Revdex.com could help me further resolve the issues regaurding my problems with my bathroom remodeling job done by Custom Creations by Design. I still have a major leak problem with my tub that needs to be corrected asap by them. Owner " [redacted]" has not lived up to his promise to fix this problem and its been over two years now. After my research with the tub manufacturer I found [redacted]s company did not follow the correct installion procedures in installing my Acre tub. I would like for him and his company to please resolve this issue by removing quarter of the bottom wall/tile area and adding the tub back splash support system, as recomended by the manufacturer, needed to prevent the leaking. Re grout all walls being removed and add finnish touches to the propper asttetics. Custom Creations by Designs shaddy work left me and my family with a burden of a bathroom as well as hazzardous one too. Im sure all this can be fixed and finalized if only [redacted] and his company C.C.byD. would do what the right thing. Thank you B.B.B. for your assistance but how can the B.B.B. help get [redacted] and his company Custom Creations by Design back to my home to finally fix my tub leak? Once and for all!

Custom Creations did AMAZING work on our hardwood floors recently. Three rooms in two days that now look fantastic, with the color and shade of the new floors EXACTLY matching our existing floors across the thresholds of the rooms. But in addition to the work (very important!), they were also great in other ways. They provided good customer service scheduling the estimate, great pricing, good communication, and really superb clean-up after the job.

Review: Custom Creations remodeled my bathroom and has not fixed problems stemming from shadding poor craftsmanship. I have loose flooring and holes in walls and a leaking bathtub that is creating a mold hazzard and structual damage to floor support.Desired Settlement: I want all hazzards fixed and walls rellaced including leaking tub/walls replaced with no leaks.
