If [redacted] is still the owner of this business, I would be very careful of dealing with him. [redacted] and his crew (in 2009) added an addition on to our home. Whenever we had the "odor" investigated and learned that there was no P-Trap installed, we called several times to have him come out and complete the job. When we described the problem, he said, "Yeah, you got to watch those plumbers." We reminded him that he did the plumbing. Because our calls and messages went unanswered, we determined that he refused to complete the plumbing job on the bathroom and had to have a plumber come out and fix it.. After sending him pictures of the incomplete work and the bill ($950) that it took to tear out the slab and tile, install the forgotten P-Trap, and then replace the tile, [redacted] never even acknowledged our request.
