Review: Custom Creative Marble & Granite modified our backyard barbecue island with granite tiles for $700. But because of bad workmanship the tiles started falling one by one. Couple of times the falling tiles barely missed our feet which could have caused injury. After contacting several times, with great difficulty, they tried to fix the tiles using some sort of glue which is not working out. Now they refuse to fix the tiles and come out with a new price tag of $750 to repair and fix the problem created by them. They also worked on our kitchen platform and flooring tiles and now we are concerned about the quality and workmanship of those works as well.Desired Settlement: Custom Creative Marble & Granite used card board to the barbecue platform instead of cement platform and that is the reason why the tiles are falling apart. They need to use a cement platform or use a single granite slab to fix the problem. They need to fix all the problem which arise on timely basis.
