As far as addressing her complaint, first of all, which business account of hers was she referring to? She had two merchant service accounts with us and both were closed on 11/5/2014.
In addition, I have numerous emails to her over time, reminding her to please send in a signed letter to have any accounts closed, whether it be checks/gift cards/[redacted] or whatever, way too many to copy and attach here, but I will say that it has been a challenge over the years in getting information required from them that was necessary to process any requests.
