Review: This company replaced the stucco on the outside of my house, front and back. He didn't complete his work; he ran out of paint. He needs to caulk around the corners of the house (front and back) which look sloppy. He has to paint the entire soffit on the left side of the house. He has painting to do on the back of the house such as the vents.

He agreed to replace rotten posts on our front porch and repaint the entire porch. I already paid for him to do this. He took some of the posts with him to use as a pattern to make the new posts. They are still missing. He said he would complete the stucco job when he came back to work on the porch.

He never returned. I have called and texted him repeatedly. So, I'm gypped out of about $2200 at least.Desired Settlement: Since he seems unreliable about returning to finish the job, I would just like a refund for the job not completed so that I may hire someone else to do it.
