Custom Curb Appeal of WNY

We hired this company to tear out our old wooden deck and replace it with a stamped concrete patio. The end result is terrible. The pad is almost 2 inches out of square, the stamping is good in some places and nonexistent in others, there is even a faint shoe print in one spot. The border was not dark enough. The owner Keith came back and did a quick job of restaining the border and in doing so left drip marks all down the outside edges. I need to have my mulch level with the patio to cover the drip marks. The sealer is blotchy and has several light and dark spots. There is no gloss or shine to the finish and in some spots it actually looks like alligator scales. I have called and texted numerous times with no response. Finally Keith came back one time for a few minutes, took a quick look and told me he would be back later to correct everything. I have never heard another word from him. I went to a concrete company supply store to buy supplies to try and fix the mess myself. After showing the concrete expert the pictures of my patio she told me I would really need to hire a professional to fix all the issues. I have since had two companies come out to give me estimates to correct the problem. I will need to have the patio sand blasted to remove the blotchy border color and sealant and then have it reapplied correctly. Keith came across as very friendly and caring right up to the point where he got my money. At this point I would not have him come back to my home for anything.

Job for patio and steps, originally steps were a separate pour, when done customer stated steps were off 1/of an inch, I went back tore them out and re-poured, something bad with the concrete, so I contacted concrete company and it was agreed another pouring was to be doneTore out again, and
poured, but I had forgotten about our verbal agreement so I tore them out again and re-pouredThey came out rightI washed and sealed the patio and stairs, then the consumer called again that he was not happyI went out two or three times and explained the stamping process, and that there was nothing wrong with the jobI offered to re-seal again but that didn't make him happyThere is nothing wrong with his patio

Dear Revdex.com:The response from the business owner is not factually accurate and as such entirely unacceptable. He never returned to my home to review the job with myself and my wife, in fact he refused to answer to any requests for a meeting.He did offer to return and reseal the patio but once again he never followed through with that either. This guy has a terrible time telling the truth and all the facts I have laid out in my original complaint can be backed up with text messages between us and photos. Keith M[redacted]'s response on behalf of his own business is completely unacceptable and in no way addresses my complaint. I am left having to strip and reseal this patio at my own expense, with the hope it doesnt spall in the process and/or over the winter. And that doesnt even begin to address all the aesthetic issues with the work.
