We received a notification and confirmation of an order that came through Wednesday, March 12th. The details came through just fine but the billing was rejected. We suspect this is due to the calculating error that had occurred on the website when the order was placed.

If you notice below the price is listed as $27.54 per cushion, the true price, is $196.06 each. We apologize for the inconvenience, we have our technicians looking into the error so that we can better understand how this occurred. If you would like to proceed with the order please call our office with a credit card to submit.

The total price for the order is $432.02 with shipping included.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

This company is not standing by it's posted prices, and I intend to expose their dishonest business pricing practices if the original pricing transaction is not honored.

Review: This report is not an urgent matter, but it does involve, what I believe to be, internet fraud and deals with consumer purchases done over the internet. A few weeks ago, I researched and purchased a set of cushions for some wooden benches for my home. The transaction was verified, my credit card authorized, and the shipping method decided. I got a conformation email from the company (Custom Cushion of Arizona, [redacted]) the same or next day. Then a day or two later, Custom Cushion of Arizona sent me an email saying that they had the wrong price listed on their website, and I would have to pay about 4 times as much as originally agreed upon. I sent an email requesting them to honor their price, which they simply ignored and said they wouldn't honor the original transaction. I sent another email to give them a chance to reconsider before I spent any more time defending my rights as an internet consumer. I realize that the [redacted] has more pressing issues than worrying about a $300 fraud case, but I do need some help in getting this situation rectified. I have all the emails, so the documentation is sound and proves the legitimacy of my "case". Please let me know what I should do. Thanks!
