Review: This formal complaint is with regards to [redacted] of Bobs Custom Cut Home Improvement for breach of contract and negligent work performance. Throughout the extent of the project he was verbally abusive, created countless undocumented extra charges which he attempted to collect on and threatened the saftey of my family by leaving dangerous live wires while demanding final payment before the contract was completed.Now our kitchen and ceiling electrical are not complete, waste remains on the property, drive wave is stained and plumbing for kitchen and bathroom are not completed. Because of his delays we have had to extend our rent while paying mortgage on a new home. [redacted] has breached our contract, threatened and disrespected my family and is extremely hostile when you do not do as he says.Desired Settlement: We are not comfortable with [redacted] coming near our family or home. We would like a refund so other, credible experts can remedy is poor work and complete the project.
