My company did complete the work we were contracted to do The yard at this address is a steep hill We seeded and strawed the entire area once we completed the grading We have been doing this type of work for years and have never had a complaint Mr *** waited a
year to contact us about water standing in his yard after he completed his project I am not sure of the time it took him to completeOr did his project result in concerns.We have gone to the property and inspected and could see no area of concern as to where we graded Unfortunately Mr*** was not available at the time We do not feel we are responsible for any further work he had contracted If he did not properly water the seed installed, there may be erosion issuesAgain this responsibility is on the homeowner We do not provide watering services We do however always instruct the homeowner on proper watering schedulesOur company does not contract with warrantees.Repectfully,*** ***

The customer was satisfied with the work when we were finished We are not responsible for any damages he may have cause while he was doing his construction project There was a lot of time laps before he ever complained and we did leave him a voicemail that we were there and all our work was still properly working I am sorry if he is having issues beyond our scope of work WE DO NOT REPAIR DAMAGES FROM THE HOMEOWNERS PROJECTS FOR FREE We always address customers concerns when we complete a project Customer satisfaction is our main priority I would like to see the pictures so I can see what he is talking about.***

Review: In early fall of 2014 I hired [redacted] from Custom Cuts to do $1,500 worth of work in my yard. The bulk of the work consisted of grading an area adjacent to my patio (being built by me at the time of the service) to prevent water from accumulating in that area of my backyard. [redacted] performed the work and I paid him not knowing that the area was not graded correctly, which became apparent a few month after I finished the patio (early spring). I contacted [redacted] using different means and a few times he stated he would stop by my house to see what needed to be done. He never did. Finally, I decided to hire someone else and wound up paying an additional $333.05 to finish the job right.Desired Settlement: It has been almost a year, and as I stated, I had to pay a local builder $333.05 (dirt delivered from [redacted]; grading done by [redacted], local contractor working on new construction; and seeding and straw, also done by some of the same workers). I would like that amount reimbursed from the $1,500 I paid [redacted] from Custom Cuts.
