Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This response does not explain why they broke into my car, or why they banged on my door at all hours, called my job and almost cost me my jobThey did not explain of how that there was never "additional payments"There never wasThe bank said that there was no need for the price of my car to go upThey also said that even after I was forced to sign the new document that the loan wasn't funded until I paid them more moneyI have not even received my registration They gave me 2-explanation as to why the contract had to changeEven telling me that I had 23-lease paymentsThey also said that the price would go up by $to $dollarsI do not understand why they are saying those thingsThey also didn't tell you that I talked to them multiple times, and one last I was yelled at in front of one of their workers (on the phone).I am scared now that everytime I go outside my car is going to be taken from meThey even at one point said that they wanted to send a MAN to my house to force me to signThe same man who yelled at me through the phoneThis isn't limited to this situationThere are others out there that Romeo has done this toNot to mention what other banks have said about these peopleI deserve to be compensated for being harassed, and scared out of my mind for this abuse In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

[redacted] leased a Trax from Romeo We typed the contract in error stating she owed an additional payments [redacted] only owed us more payments, after numerous times trying to explain this to her our manager agreed to stay awake between the hours of 1am and 5am (this was the only time [redacted] could talk) She couldn't make the phone call We needed her to sign a new contract with only owing more payments not We only wanted to perfect a contract that the bank would fund The bank would not fund the first contract We are glad [redacted] talked to the bank to realize her first contract was wrong and she only owed more payments not We are glad we could finally get this loan perfected and [redacted] can start enjoying her Trax

Romeo Chevrolet Buick GMC did everything in its power to fix the conditionGM would not repurchase this truckWe appreciate the customers situation but we can only warranty what GM allows us toWe appreciate all this customers prior business

your dealership said it was rail dust on the vehicle I have it in writing on the service report even your service manager says its rail dust the rep has no idea what he is talking about there are other highcountrys listed on line with the same miles between 54k and 57k would you be willing to work with me on the trade and get me in that ballpark I would be willing to purchase another gm truck from your dealership and continue our relationship

This response does not explain why they broke into my car, or why they banged on my door at all hours, called my job and almost cost me my job. They did not explain of how that there was never "additional payments". There never was. The bank said that there was no need for the price of my car to go up. They also said that even after I was forced to sign the new document that the loan wasn't funded until I paid them more money. I have not even received my registration. 
They gave me 2-3 explanation as to why the contract had to change. Even telling me that I had 23-27 lease payments. They also said that the price would go up by $320 to $700 dollars. I do not understand why they are saying those things. They also didn't tell you that I talked to them multiple times, and one last I was yelled at in front of one of their workers (on the phone).I am scared now that everytime I go outside my car is going to be taken from me. They even at one point said that they wanted to send a MAN to my house to force me to sign. The same man who yelled at me through the phone. This isn't limited to this situation. There are others out there that Romeo has done this to. Not to mention what other banks have said about these people. I deserve to be compensated for being harassed, and scared out of my mind for this abuse.

 the Gm rep told me it is also up to the owner of the dealership to buy the vehicle back. last year me and my wife did approximately 150k with romeo Chevrolet . I now have a 60 thousand dollar truck with spots all over it and that im stuck with ?

We at Romeo can't force GM to buy your truck back. I'm sorry we couldn't make your truck perfect. We at Romeo appreciate your loyalty. If I had a way to help further we would have.
