I am rejecting this response because:I am disappointed by the response from the businessI've paid for the window treatment almost months ago (February 2017) yet I have not had blinds on all windows anytimeAt least one or two windows were always bareUnfortunately, previous blinds couldn't be put back either. A reputable business would never say these are "very rare" and "easily repaired"! Very rare? Common, or the windows went bad is not rareThe installer mentioned many people reported operation issues on this type of windows.I purchased a high end product through Home Depot expecting better treatmentCustom Decorators need to measure up to the standardI'd like my concerned addressed and remedy done.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: Custom Decorator, Inc has not contacted us at allI last spoke to someone on Friday (2/2/2018) and they said that the installer will put up my blinds by Sunday (2/4) and that they have reordered the vertical blinds that they had incorrectly orderedThere was no further communication from anyone in CDI about blinds getting shipped and installedThey were supposed to order and install these blinds more than a month back because I had ordered them on the 27th of November They have taken my money and have not given me the full service. Also, the blinds that were supposed to be installed on Sunday were never doneThey are lying about giving us an updateThere has been no updates and phone calls from this company on my phoneThey are unprofessional and non responsive. Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for the opportunity to address our client’s concernHunter Douglas window coverings are custom made and backed by a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty.While we regret that operation issues have occurred, issues like this are very rare and can be easily repaired by an authorized

Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr***'s last response.Ultimately, we are concerned when issues like this come up and we take complaints very seriously. In this case, there were product issues that were backed by the manufactures warranty. The good news is that the Installer completed the service work Monday, 6/12/2017, and the work order is signed by Mr***, as completed(see attached) My team has left a voice message for Mr*** to verify satisfaction, and we will do our best to make sure everything is handled to his liking. The next step is for the client to email us pictures of his guest room shade, to determine
available hardware colors
He seemed very willing to work with us, and we are very interested in providing him with a reasonable solution that restores his faith in our company
