Terrible Customer Service
1st of all the installers were on their own time schedule, which seemed the most important to them, Never mind that I was a paying customer and waiting for a service. Because they lived further away from me they were never wanting to come in town because they would meet traffic so they kept putting off and putting off and putting off coming out to install my blinds. Or, they had travel plans or other personal plans why they couldn't come out. When the blinds 1st arrived one set was broken but they installed it anyways saying that it would be quicker to install them and wait for new ones rather than to send those ones back(?). And then waited months for a call that didn't come to say the blinds were in and they would be correcting them. I didn't know what was happening,
Nobody reached out to update me on anything; I tried to reach out to Custom Decorators after some time & couldn't find a #, I had to go to the website to put in my work order# & explain the issue. Well I did that & nobody got back to me. Finally called the installers directly. All in all super unhappy with the customer service and it took from June to December for me to have installed blinds. Also when they did come back to reinstall and fix the broken blind, it was clearly a different size and sticks out. It does not fit properly and is tight against the window, but I have had enough and don't feel like waiting another 6 months to have it corrected so I will just live with it. VERY poor service! DO NOT ever go thru Costco for this service or use this company!
