Tony installed our homes roof just after Christmas of Before Christmas could roll around again our shingles started falling off
Over the next year we contacted Tony many times to come fix the roofShingles kept falling and nothing was ever doneHe said it was an issue with the shingle itself and he was waiting for approval from the manufacturer to replace it
After a year passed, we contacted the manufacturer ourselves to see what was going on
They had never been contacted about our address, ever!
We immediately filed our own claim, and contacted the CSLB
Our roof has now shed about shingles and it's starting to rainThe underside is visible and we are hoping there isn't too much damage

Review: Contracted this roofing company to reroof my home and experienced several issues that were poorly managed after calling the owners on multiple occasions. -The roofer nailed through my beam ceilings by using nails that were too long causing damaged to the entire inside ceilings and car port area. -Very unprofessional repairs were done by using caulk that was poorly applied. Ruined the inside ceilings completely and never bothered to paint the repairs-Replaced edging on front of home with a border that was the wrong color as compared to the rest of the edging. Said he would paint it to match and never did.New roof was poorly done resulting in major water leaking through to the inside of my home in every room. Attempted to reseal vent areas on multiple occasions but never properly fixed the seals. -Used thrid party day laborers that were peering through my bathroom windows-Failed to replace all fascia as per the contract.Desired Settlement: Full reimbursement of cost of reroofing of $8525.00Contractor did not provide the product, service and work that I contractually agreed to pay for. My new roof is worse than the old roof that was on the house as a result of poor workmanship by this company.
