Review: I purchased a Fairing Kit for a 2004 Honda CBR1000RR and the kit is incomplete (missing the correct parts and assembly directions) and the Windscreen is chipped and has major scratches/damage that was obviously caused during the painting process. I have attempted to call Custom Designs and Fabrication ([redacted]) on the Cell Phone number that he has provided to me (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and all I get is a voice message identifying the company but they to this point have not returned my calls.I have repeatedly sent E-mails to the address that we have communicated on and again there has been no response. This Kit cost me $430 and the pictures that they provided show the parts but the kit did not come with it. Additionally, there is ZERO Instructions provided with the kit.To purchase the parts that this complete kit were missing is going to cost me both Money and Time to wait for the parts to arrive.The Company were good to work with initially but communication has CEASED. I need to get the parts warrantied but without ANY communication with them, I am at a loss as to what to do and although it is not Thousands of Dollars, the loss of the motorcycle for transportation and being unable to sell the item may cost me that much due to the delay.

Regarding the complaint above, I do apologize I did not respond to it but I was unaware I had a Revdex.com account. I was out of the country when this complaint was made and thought this was resolved before I had left. I had replied to the emails the customer sent explaining my apologies and sent him replacement parts. As far as instructions, we do not give assembly or dis assembly directions nor do we state we include them anywhere. The customer received the replacement parts but wanted instructions in which I explained to him in the email we do not have nor include. I was unaware of any complaint filed to you guys like I say I was unaware I had an account. I have been in business for some years now and have had nothing but positive feedback. I disagree with the claim as the customer is unsatisfied for not receiving something that was clearly not mentioned in the list of "whats included in the box", Please let me know what it will take to close this case and or remove this from the site, I am an internet business and sell solely online as this is a home business...

The DEFECTIVE PART (Windscreen) has still not been replaced. I have sent him Emails with associated pictures have not been responded to. The missing parts (Vents) were sent to me after an extended period of time and this was due to the Business Owner taking care of personal business abroad (which I can understand) but this does not change the fact that the Defective Windscreen which I provided pictures of to the business was NEVER replaced and has not to this day returned my Email nor mailed me the new part pertaining to the Windscreen.

So instead of being able to sell my motorcycle with NEW Parts, I had to delay the assembly of the motorcycle hoping that he would send me the NEW PART and now it has been MONTHS and Summer (The Optimum time to sell a Motorcycle) has now past without me being able to sell the motorcycle with the defective windscreen.

I agree with his statement that he did not say he had instructions on his Advertisement.

I guess I would have been better off ordering the parts from China, the delay I was trying to avoid purchasing the parts from a US Vender ended up costing me: Time to received ALL the parts, Time to Assemble the motorcycle and, the timely sale of the motorcycle.

if the buyer would like to return the windscreen I would be more than willing to send him a replacement even though the part he is referring to was a free gift that comes with every order for that make and modle, most of our kits do not come with that piece, I have sent him the missing parts as he requested as well so unless he would like to return the windscreen for a replacement there is not much else to do here.

Review: Products sold by this this company are not what you get when you finally receive the item. The worse company I have ever bought from.Desired Settlement: 35" black brake line with a 10mm zero degree banjo fitting and a 10 mm 90 degree banjo fitting.This item has already been paid for on [redacted].
