Review: We have been desperately trying to get CDC to honor the agreement we entered for over 8 months now and have given them many opportunities. They continuously acknowledge that they are responsible but refuse to do anything about it. They have also withheld all requested information such as the wood floor installer and the wood manufacture claiming that they are trying to get it. At the same time they hired and manipulated a wood floor inspector by the name of [redacted] of PID floors, claiming that they were recommended by the wood floor installer and manufacturer; yet they can't find that information for me. Furthermore, they would not release the floor inspector's report so we have had to spend thousands to get one of the best and most reputable inspectors to analyze the floors and write a report about his findings.His findings are clear and conclusive that they are at fault and still they will not respond. We have spent even more time and money to prepare and send them yet another letter with all of the findings for the wood floors as well as 14 other items on the punch list with a fully written and photographed documentation. The Architect of Record who introduced us to them also agrees and is appalled at their handling of the situation. Still they have not responded and seem to be intent on having us spend even more of our hard earned money and time to take them to court.I hope the above is clear and I hope you understand how frustrated we are as a family that in we can be confronted with such negligent and unprofessional services by those the City/State has granted a contracting license. We are happy to share with you the punch-list document, the lawyer's demand letter, as well as the floor inspection report.Desired Settlement: We have lost all trust in Custom Dimensions Corp (CDC) and do not believe they can professionally perform the work even if they were ordered to do so. The degree of defective work and the extent of their negligence is beyond measure and I am an architect who has been in the business all over the world for 20 years.We want nothing more than to get a qualified professional contractor, more than one if necessary, who will provide them with a quote for the scope of work in the detailed punch-list.
