First: The breaks did start giving problems The driver called me and I told him to wait at the gas station until her sister came I told the driver to take the car about 1/miles to a station where the car was fixed
Second: I do not drive on ***s that are not safe
My cars is inspected every moplus a sticker put on
Third: I have never left her hrssometimes she has to wait a little
Fourth: The driver I first had signed to pick her up got held up at the Droffice with another patient I called another driver He went to pick her up she was not there Her sister called me and was pretty nasty She hung up on me before I could tell her the driver would pick her up I had decided not to haul her anymore after her sister said the things she did
I have several mechanics you can call to see about my cars and how I take care of them (*** ***, *** ***, *** ***, *** ***) If you need more I can give them to you I have worked with Medicaid for years I am #in *** on report cards
I am sorry she was not satisfied with my *** I tried to take good care of her along with all the others I have went to her house when she was not ready - waited on her The problem is not with her but her sister
My drivers are checked yearly: drug screen, criminal background checks and driving records

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 
There will never be a resolution but just to clarify [redacted] is lying.
Her 1st answer - The brakes failed coming to a red light and we were in the outer lane and praise the Lord no cars were coming and the
driver was able to coast into a parking lot across 2 lanes. [redacted] told her driver to take it to a garage with myself and another woman that
was in the car.  I SAID NO I WANT MY SISTER TO COME GET ME.
Her 2nd answer - One day one of her drives showed up in a van that the back [redacted]s looked very bald.  I ended up going with him that day
because I needed my physical therapy but a car accident caused my severed spinal cord and why I am now in a wheelchair so I really should
of NOT gotten in that van that day.  If you notice she claims to use [redacted] for one of her contacts and they were caught just putting 
stickers on cars and not really inspecting them.
Her 3rd answer - YOU CAN VERIFY WITH MY PHYSICAL THERAPY THAT YES THEY DID LEAVE ME THERE FROM 11:30 AM TILL 4;30 PM -
BECAUSE PHYSICAL THERAPY EVEN CALLED [redacted] AND [redacted] TO FIND OUT WHY NO ONE HAS COME TO PICK ME UP.  AS FOR A DRIVER COMING AND I WAS NOT THERE IT'S FUNNY THAT [redacted] DRIVER FINALLY DID SHOW UP AND I GOT HOME AROUND 6 THAT NIGHT. MY SISTER DID NOT HAVE A CAR TO COME GET ME HER HUSBAND HAD TO USE IT TO GO TO WORK.
Her 4th answer - I NOT [redacted]  told [redacted] I DO NOT WANT THEM TO SEND ANY OF [redacted] DRIVERS TO PICK ME UP.
YES MY SISTER CALLED [redacted] BECAUSE SHE WAS VERY UPSET - she take's care of me and know's I have to do my catheter every so many hours,
and I am pretty much useless in my wheelchair from my spinal cord injury I received in a CAR ACCIDENT.  MY SISTER DID TELL [redacted]
MAYBE SHE SHOULD REPORT HER TO THE Revdex.com AND [redacted] NOT MY SISTER HUNG UP ON MY SISTER.  As for her coming to pick me up 
and me not being ready I got a good laugh out of that one.   My house is a little hard to find so I was ALWAYS waiting out in the road with my
sister for [redacted] driver's to show up.  I HAVE NEVER MADE THEM WAIT FOR ME.  I would never receive a call until right before I was suppose
to be picked up on days they had NO ONE TO COME GET ME, or if I CALLED [redacted] OR [redacted] TO FIND OUT WHERE MY RIDE WAS.
The drivers where very nice and helpful I had no issues with them it was with the way [redacted] conducted her business.

Purchased a motorcycle product which their website said would work. Doesn't work and was told I cannot return.I purchased a "turn/tail light kit" for my 2014 street glide. After adding the kit to the cart I was given the option to add a "smart triple play module". No where did it note that this would not work with my bike so I added it.I received them and eventually installed them on my bike per the included directions to find they didn't work. Called company and was told I could not return them because they had been installed. They suggested I sell the items on [redacted] to try to make some of my money back...Desired SettlementI would like a refund because these items were purchased due to their site saying they were compatible. The website stated the part was not compatible and in addition the customer failed to enter information regarding his vehicle.
