The order was placed and shipped January 4th. It was shipped UPS Ground tracking number ***. The customer provided an incorrect shipping address and UPS corrected. The order was delivered by UPS on January 8th to the Front door of the customer's house.We did not hear
from the customer until weeks later on February 17th that there was any issue. We provided the tracking information and proof of delivery. We have opened a tracer with UPS on February 18th to confirm via GPS location that the package was left at the front door of the customer. We are waiting for UPS to conduct their investigation.It is possible the package was stolen from the customer's delivery location. We are doing everything in our power to try an help locate the package but the customer waited weeks to notify us of any problems. This is an eternity in the logistics world
