In reference to complaint #[redacted] we would like to make it known that while we certainly understand and would like to help with our customers issue , there are several roadblocks that make this very difficult to do They have a warranty issue with two of their windows that can only be corrected with parts from the manufacturerThe manufacturer that built and supplied the warranty for the windows has been out of business for over five yearsThis is not a matter of us no longer doing business with themAs most of the components for the windows were also built by this same company it makes finding parts for them difficult and in some cases impossible We have stayed in touch with our customer as we have searched for parts and a solution to their problemPlease understand that this is not a lack of concern for our customer and we will continue to work with them to the best of our ability We have thousands of customers and their satisfaction is always our top priority
