I ordered my case on 02/18/22 and received an email stating that my case had shipped on 02/22/22, but when I track the tracking number they provided it shows it was delivered to Bluffton, SC on 01/18/22. That is impossible since I ordered after that and that is not even where I live. I have sent them several emails with no response.

I order a case for my phone, the extra protection case, it is too loose for my phone. It wiggles and falls right off also the writing on the image is crooked. The shipping is also slow. They told me is shipped but it didn't. It sat at the departure place for several days after the company said it shipped. Their customer service is non existent. I emailed them about the delivery and not getting my product and never heard back. The day I was going to contact the BBB, the package arrived. I have now requested a refund from them, I will send their product back. However since they never replied to me before I don't expect to hear from them now. I am afraid I will still have to involve the BBB.

Horrible customer service
My order was "DELIVERED" but I have yet to receive it. I constantly email them in regards to what they are going to do, give me a refund or send another case and they will not respond. So they pretty much took my money $50 and will not give me any answer.

Oh and it was apparently delivered 6 days ago.

Worst customer service
I bought two phone cases on may 11 was immediately charged and didn't get a proper email with estimate delivery time frame.
Before I ordered the website said 3-5 business days.
Up to this moment I have not received anything.

Contacted them through email few times and every time there answer seems like a robotic general message.

I asked them for a refund, they ignored my email. And after two weeks from my order day they send me an email with tracking number.

And obviously the tracking number indicate on UPS website that it was never received by UPS.

Here I am now paid $100 CAD for two phone cases. And got nothing.

If they take long time to ship why lie from beginning. Why not just email right away with all details saying that it will be shipped on x day.

Never ever again.

Same here. I ordered may 11 and nothing

I have ordered two phone cases at different times. First order went great! Second order I am still waiting for after 3 weeks. The shipper lost my package. Recommendation to Custom Envy...use a better shipping service. The USPS is not a good choice. It would deter me from ordering again. The one phone case I did receive was nice. Hope I receive the second one someday!

Hello,The customer has every right to be frustrated here and I apologize for the delayHis initial order had a printing error and we agreed to replace it at no charge There was a communication error in our production facility and the order was delayed a few days However, I have confirmed that Scott has received the replacement case It was delivered probably shortly after he submitted this complaint The tracking is: [redacted] If this is not the case or Scott feels that the reprinted product is unsatisfactory I ask that he reach out to us for a refund.Thanks,***

I ordered a case for valentines several weeks ago and the day of valentines when I check the tracking number it says delivered so I anticipate going home and retrieving the case to bring to my gfs house and it's not there I asked my family and no package for me came in the mail I emailed customer service and they informed to wait 48 hours and if it's still not arrived to contact them I do and it's Friday they then tell me they'll look into it and get back to me the next business day now it's Monday and they say "it's delivered" to ask my family if they know anything if my family had it I wouldn't have asked and it's been 3 5 days it would have turned up customer service has been completely unhelpful

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12554949, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

Am really disappointed because this is my first time of purchasing stuff here and the told me I will received my case on Thursday I place my order since the 29 December and I don't think I will do anymore order her again because to be honest with u guys u this is not reliable thing

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12554949, and find the statement is correct.When I got home, the replacement case was in Wednesday's mail. However, the same "printing error" was present with the logo off center. I will now be seeking a full refund and send them back both "misprinted" cases.
