Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I am attaching the email chain between the seller and myself prior to purchasing the shirts and the picture she sent me to show me what the shirt looked like as well as the picture I took of the shrt(s) and saddle pad/bonnet to show the colors do not match and to show the stains on the shirt - I have BOLDED the parts where I am specifically asking for SOLID, PLAIN, MATCHING COLOR POLO SHIRTS - and by matching I mean matching the saddle pad/bonnet which is what the seller indicated. She sent me a picture of herself wearing a baby blue polo which appears to be plain w/no logos on it or anything on the sleeves, which led me to believe she was selling me a PLAIN SOLID BABY BLUE POLO to match the Baby Blue Saddle Pad/Bonnet -whether or not the seller feels the shirts "run true to size" is a moot point as that is not the main complaint/issue - I specifically asked for solid, plain w/no logos baby blue polo shirts that would match the saddle pad/bonnet which AGAIN is what the seller advertises on her website. The merchandise she mailed me was not the merchandise advertised and told to me (in email) that I would be getting. How can she not see that?? And I have not "harrassed" her - I have simply been persistent as I beleive that you should get what you order/pay for not something completely different. She refused to handle this professionally from the beginning and would not try to resolve it with me so I had no choice but to file a complaint with Revdex.com and with ***. I did tell her I would do that if she didn't resolve the issue with me (I don't feel that is harrassment as much as it is being honest with what I am going to do!) AND as for the stains...I am also attaching the email she sent me and you can decipher that yourself - it definitely sounds as though she is trying to say I somehow must have caused the stains. I still have the original packaging the shirts came in and I have witnesses who can sign affidavits saying the shirt was stained when I pulled it out of the package. I even told her I was willing to pay to have the shirts shipped back to her but that I wanted my $back -- Bottom line, I tried to handle this initially with the seller but w/her complete refusal to resolve issue and lack of professionalism, I was left no choice but to contact you. Bottom line, I am owed $for a falsely advertised product. This is so unbelieveable that she is being so difficult in refunding my money - why? She has yet to answer why she won't refund the money - I have presented solid evidence against her and shown that I have tried to be reasonable. I am not going to simply give in and only accept $(and still pay to have them returned) because she feels "the stains somehow appeared after she shipped them" - how is that my fault? She needs to realize this is business (supply/demand) - she did not supply what I demanded and what she advertised. I am owed $60.00 In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
*** ***

I stated as they are picture in the photo you posted. (With the stains on 1 shirt, even though they were not sent that way) I am being very nice and agreeing to refund you. [redacted] will be refunding you, but you submitted the complaint for the entire purchase price, not just for the $60 which is what I am trying to get across to you. You are keeping the saddle pad and bonnet, so you should not be refunded the $135.83, but only $60 of that.

not know it will fit for sure. The customer ordered a medium, so that is what I sent her. All polo shirts have logos/ a design on them in differents colors to show that it is a polo assn shirt. The colors do match, as they did when I put them together.
The shirt did not leave here stained. I can not know if someone wore it, tried it on, or put it down somewhere that could have stained the shirt. I am not saying she purposely stained the shirt, as she claimed I said to her in an email.

Review: I ordered a saddle pad/bonnet set in baby blue for my daughters horse and was told she could also provide baby blue matching polo shirts. I asked to clarify matching, plain polos and she again replied yes and sent me a pic of the shirt ( pic was of the [redacted] wearing the shirt). Pic showed a plain baby blue polo shirt that matched the saddle pad so I agreed to buy them. I also asked if they run true to size - she said yes so I said " M " . When the products arrived, saddle pad and bonnet we're fine but the polo shirts were nothing like promised or pictured. They were turquoise, not baby blue, one shirt was stained and they had green logos on them with a white "3" on the sleeve. They were also way smaller than a "Medium" so they did not run true to size like she stated! I asked for PLAIN , BABY BLUE polo shirts and was told that was what I was getting. Clearly I was mislead! I emailed the [redacted] but was told NO REFUNDS! After several back and forth emails she proceeded to imply that I might have stained the shirt as "they were not stained when packaged and the color matched the pad based on the lighting in the office" - I was in shock! I even sent her a pic of the shirts and forwarded the pic she initially sent me to show the difference, to no avail! She absolutely refuses to refund my money or exchange the shirts. I even offered to pay for the cost to return the shirts! I paid $60.00 for 2 shirts my daughter cannot wear! She gave false advertising of merchandise and should not be able to run a business if that is the way she handles issues from her false advertising!! I believe the business just started up, but she needs to learn that is not how you handle customers!! I don't care if her info/receipts said "No Refunds" - She is not an honest retailer and must be held accountable! She stole $60.00 from me and won't even try to fix this!!! I have all emails between us including pics of what I was told I would get and will be happy to provide them to a Revdex.com representative if needed.Desired Settlement: I would like my $60.00 back minus the cost to return the shirts (I am willing to pay for the shipping charge even though I shouldn't have to as I paid to have them shipped to me as well!)
