I talked with this company off and on for a year about my garage roof project When I was ready to get the work done, we negotiated the price and I submitted the contract That was early November Leading up to getting my business, they were responsive, but all that changed once I submitted the contractI was very unhappy that it took two weeks for me to get a confirmation for the receipt of my contract and to schedule the job The young lady who initially called was very short with me on the phone, calling to ask if I knew what color shingles I wanted I explained to her that this was the first time I had spoken with someone other than the receptionist and that I didn't even know what color shingles they had Her response was that they had planned on doing the job the next day When was someone going to tell me that? She also said she'd call me once she made it into the office to confirm the appointment That never happened In the meantime, I left a voicemail stating what color shingles I want (she had left samples earlier that day) My message was never returned and I never heard back about the appointment A whole two weeks (including Thanksgiving) passed before I heard back from them When I returned to town after the holidays, I called and spoke with the receptionist (the only nice person I encountered) and she was very apologetic and told me she'd have someone contact me It took a few more days, then the job was scheduled to start that following Thursday Wednesday morning I called with questions and I encountered the young lady again (the one with poor customer service skills) I asked her questions about the job and expressed my concern about the way things had been going I told her I wanted to talk with the owner, but instead she proceeded to get into the conversation with me I didn't want to talk with her any further Part of my dissatisfaction was with her for not returning calls and being short Well, she was very defensive and cut me off in the middle of me explaining why I was concerned I was so fed up at that point, I yelled at her and asked to speak to the owner and that I was very uncomfortable with them doing the job We got off the phone I received a call a few minutes later from the owner, Brad, and he told me to find someone else to do my job, that I can't talk to his staff rudely I told him his staff member was rude to me and asked him if he had any interest in hearing why I wanted to speak with him He hung up the phone I would NEVER refer this company to anyone The way I was treated was absolutely inexcusable, very unprofessional and a waste of time The only good thing that came out of it is that I feel like I dodged a bullet not letting them do the work I will gladly spend my money, and even pay more, to get the job done correctly and to be treated with respect during the process This was ridiculous!

We received the lead on from [redacted] on September 8, 2015 and we sent  estimate to them on September 10, 2015 for them to review.We do follow up calls if no one answers and we leave messages. If the homeowner would have returned our calls and let us know that they were no longer going to do...

the project and would pull the file and not call them anymore. If the homeowner wold have let us know we would have stopped calling them. Since we have received this complaint we have pulled the file and they should not receive anymore calls.
