Review: Hired Custom Fence approx 8.30.2013 to build a fence around my back yard. After just 10 months my fence started falling apart (Literally) The materials that were used started warping and bowing to the point of falling off. I called Custom Fence several times before someone returned my call. Bottom line is that even with a 2 year warranty they do not cover materials even though Section 1 of the warranty states a 2 year coverage on "materials" and labor. Custom fence refers me to Section 8 of the contract that voids section 1?Desired Settlement: I would like Custom Fence to honor their Warranty according to Section 1. "2 year Warranty on Labor and Materials.
