I called for a service call that did take place. My automatic gate was not working their service man came out and was there for a total of 15min. I was told I need a new control board that would cost me approx. $600.00. Thinking that was very high I took the control panel out myself cleaned it and replace two fuses and now it works great now. I paid Custom Fence the $125.00 service call and told them my story. No refund or discount was offered by them. So in short I paid them $125.00 for a service call that was mis diagnosed and had to fix it myself. If the technician had just spent a little more time he too could have fixed the automatic gate and earned his money. unfortunately this was not the case and again no discount or refund was offered. If custom fence and gate would like to correct this problem I would change my rating but for now it is negative.

My family and I had recently built a pool and were in need of a pool fence to be put in the first day they were here they only put up 44 inches of the fence second day in and waisting my time 6 hours in and still the job isn't done the pool fence is only 25 feet small JOB!!! I have had work done years ago and was pleased with the work but then again that was only R.V gates. Wouldn't recommend and would look else where when my family and I are in need of any fences or gates.

My fence is about 30 feet long, wall to wall, one gate, some curving (that's why I can't do it).

On 5/31/16 we agreed to price and the fence construction.
