We entered a contract on 4/30/20 to have a fence installed. We paid $686.00 down on 4/25/20. The fence was to be installed 1-2 weeks after our cement patio was done. I called Custom Fence on or about July 6th or 7th to let them know they could come after July 9th. I called and sent an email on 7/13/20 asking when we would be scheduled. I contacted them again later that week to ask about scheduling. I was told we were on the schedule for the week of 7/27/20 and that someone would call us the week of 7/20/20 to let us know the exact date. On 7/25/20 I called again as no one had called to schedule the installation and left a message. After several hours I called again and was told no one was there that could do scheduling and the owner hadn’t been in yet. I expressed my frustration and asked to be called back. After several more hours I called a 3rd time to find out the owner was probably not coming in. Again I requested a call back. On 7/27/20 I called as I still had heard nothing. I was told no one was in that could help me with me with scheduling and the owner wasn’t in. When I asked if the owner would be in today, tomorrow, next week or this month I was told the owner doesn’t share his schedule with him. I asked if he had the owner’s cell phone to which he said he did. I asked him to call the owner and have the owner call me and that if I hadn’t received a call by noon I would be contacting Revdex.com. As of 12:11 PM on 7/27/20 I have yet to get a call back.
We are not sure where the customer received the information that she would be installed 2 weeks after her patio was installed. We try to accommodate all customers requests when it come to scheduling but have to go in order. We have sent out a check today Refunding her deposit and hope the customer can find someone to accommodate her better.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The contract that I signed and returned with our down payment states the fence was to be installed 1-2 weeks after the patio was poured which must have been acceptable to them since they cashed our check without further comment.

Fence installed June 2019,due to 2 fence posts installed incorrectly this fence leans and is beginning to fall I contacted Custom Fence August,October 2019 and also April 2020 to fix this problem I also agreed to pay half of cost ,they have on all 3 occasions refused to work with me on this issue.This fence was 2 months old when I began to have problems and have gotten no where .
Custom fence has fixed the problem as of may14-2020

Custom Fence did my vinyl privacy fencing in my backyard 2 years ago. This past fall, there was some damage done to a panel. Last week they came out and fixed it, and it looks just as it did 2 years ago again. Thank you Custom Fence!!

Only waited 4 weeks for my beautiful black coated chain link fence to be put up. Installation took 1 day! Everybody was so easy and nice to work with. I would definitely recommend.

Custom Fence did a great job installing my wooden picket fence. 10/10 would recommend!
